Collection and delivery

Blossom Bloom Creations Ltd creates made-to-order flowers, hampers and gifts in Hornchurch. We offer nationwide delivery via Royal Mail on eligible products. Available services depend on the items in your order and the destination.

Preparation time

Please allow 2–5 business days for order preparation before dispatch. Preparation time is separate from delivery time. Larger or personalised orders may require longer; we will contact you if your requested date cannot be met.

Delivery options and charges

Available delivery options, charges and estimated transit times are displayed before payment. Delivery is charged separately from the product price. Standard and express services are subject to availability for your products and postcode. Express delivery does not shorten preparation time.

A preferred delivery date is a request until confirmed. Please do not assume that an order will arrive on a particular date unless we have confirmed the arrangement.

Collection is available by arrangement from 19 Suttons Lane, Hornchurch, RM12 6RD. Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
