Prices are starting prices for the selected setup location, not venue or accommodation hire. Your written quotation will confirm the floral quantities, décor sizes, layout, personalisation, installation and collection times, and the full amount payable before you book.
Personalise your proposal
Share your preferred colours, proposal wording and style. Additional flowers, floral arches or backdrops, cakes, chocolate-covered strawberries, hampers, photography, videography and live music can be quoted separately, subject to availability and venue approval. These extras are not included unless listed in your written quotation.
Venue, access and additional costs
You will need permission from the venue, hotel or property host for the setup, including access for installation and collection. Venue hire, room bookings, accommodation, food, drinks and third-party services are excluded unless specifically included in your quotation. Travel outside the agreed service area, parking, congestion or ULEZ charges where applicable, restricted access and out-of-hours work will be itemised if required.
Outdoor and rooftop setups depend on weather, safe access and venue permission. We will agree a suitable contingency plan with you. Reusable signs, lights and props remain hire items unless your quotation states otherwise.
How to book
- Contact us with your preferred package, date and time, venue address or postcode, colour palette and budget.
- We confirm availability, access requirements, the design and your itemised quotation.
- Review the written booking and cancellation terms, then pay the agreed booking payment to secure the confirmed date. The balance and due date will be stated in your quotation.
